Today we are going to tell you all about our fabric, the fundamental pillar on which our pilot shirt project is based.

Since we started, we have visited many of the main suppliers of fabrics for formal shirts, without being completely convinced by any of them, whether due to the feel, comfort or ease of ironing, among many others.

At some point we thought we would never make it, because to do what others were doing, we would rather stay at home…

Until the day we met "J", our current fabric supplier, who made us see that there was a life far beyond conventional fabrics made of cotton, blends, etc.

There we discovered what technical fabrics are. Fabrics that have exceptional qualities, similar to those we have been using in our sportswear for many years and that have only recently begun to be used in formal clothing.

So we came to the thought that why not create a comfortable shirt like your sports T-shirt?

We got down to it and created our own fabric, with technical qualities as we have told you, such as:

• Body moisture control system , which absorbs and eliminates moisture from the body.

• UV protection +50.

• The fabric is braided in such a way that it is elastic, without containing elastane, as this would impair breathability.

• Anti-wrinkle : If you don't want to, you won't have to worry about ironing, it's not necessary. In addition, with body heat, any wrinkles that may occur will automatically disappear. (The shirt can be ironed if desired).

• Super soft : we have created a soft fabric like no other, combining top quality materials.

And you may ask yourself, how can this be?

Best of all, the fabric is made from fibers from recycled water bottles, certified by REPREVE®, the world's leading brand of recycled performance fiber.

If you don't believe us, you can take the shirt to a laboratory and with a microscope you will see the certification printed on each of the filaments that make up the fabric.
