What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

  • Spain (Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands):

    • Free shipping on orders over €90. Orders under €90 have a shipping cost of €4.95 to €6.00 depending on the delivery location.

    • Delivery: within 72–86 hours depending on the shipping method selected.

  • Spain (Canary Islands):

    • Free shipping on orders over €110 (3 shirts). Orders under €110 have a shipping cost of €10,95 depending on the delivery location.

    • Orders shipped to the Canary Islands are processed without Mainland Spanish VAT. Remove After Flights maintains the same retail price for its products in Mainland Spain and the Canary Islands; however, for orders shipped to the Canary Islands, this price does not include VAT.

      The import of goods into the Canary Islands may be subject to customs procedures and, depending on the value and nature of the order, to IGIC, AIEM and/or handling or customs clearance fees charged by the carrier or customs operator.

      Where applicable, these taxes and fees are not included in the price paid to Remove After Flights and will be the responsibility of the recipient.

      Certain low-value shipments may qualify for tax exemptions in accordance with current Canary Islands regulations.

  • Portugal (Mainland):

    • Free shipping on orders over €90. Orders under €90 have a shipping cost of €5.90.

    • Delivery: between 3 and 7 days.

  • Europe – Zone 1:

    • France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

    • Free shipping on orders over €120. Orders below €120 have a shipping cost of €11.50.

    • Delivery: between 5 and 10 days.

  • Europe – Zone 2:

    • Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic and Italy.

    • Free shipping on orders over €120. Orders below €120 have a shipping cost of €12.50.

    • Delivery: between 5 and 10 days.

  • Europe – Zone 3:

    • Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Ireland, Slovakia and Slovenia.

    • Free shipping on orders over €120. Orders below €120 have a shipping cost of €13.00.

    • Delivery: between 5 and 10 days.

  • Europe – Zone 4:

    • Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Sweden.

    • Shipping: €23.50 for orders from €0 to €165.

    • Free shipping on orders over €165.

    • Estimated delivery: 5–10 days.

  • Europe – Zone 5:

    • Serbia.

    • Shipping: €32.00 for orders from €0 to €200.

    • Free shipping on orders over €200.

    • Estimated delivery: 5–10 days.

      Prices do not include Serbian taxes. The customer will be responsible for paying import VAT and any applicable handling or customs clearance fees upon delivery.

  • Switzerland:

    • Shipping: €25 for orders from €0 to €180.

    • Free shipping on orders over €180.

    • Estimated delivery: 5–10 days.

      Prices do not include Swiss taxes. The customer will be responsible for paying import VAT and any applicable handling or customs clearance fees upon delivery.

  • International orders:

    • At present, we do not ship outside Europe or to countries not listed above. Please contact us directly if you are interested in placing an order.

Size exchanges. What can I do if the shirt does not fit?

Size exchanges are free of charge once per order for customers in Spain (Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands) and Portugal. An exchange can be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

A size guide is available on our product pages to help minimise size exchanges as much as possible and reduce CO₂ emissions.

Which company will deliver my order?

Orders in Spain and Portugal will be delivered by MRW, Correos or another available carrier. For European orders, the carrier may vary depending on the destination and the specific order.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email, so please also check your spam folder.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, which is not automatic and may take up to 1 day due to time differences and weekends, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been completed.

This email will include the options “View Order” and “Track Order”. By clicking the tracking option, you will be redirected to the website of the carrier assigned to your shipment.

How can I return my order? – Return Policy

  • Customers may choose to exchange the products they wish to return for other items from our catalogue of the same value.

  • Returns within Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands have a cost of €5.95, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • The product must include all original tags, packaging and cardboard inserts. If these are not returned in perfect condition, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund.
