What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):
    • Free shipping Starting from €53 . Orders under €53 have a cost of €5.00 to €6.00 depending on the delivery location.
    • Delivery within 72-86 hours depending on the shipping method selected.

 

  • Spain (Canary Islands):
    • Free shipping Starting from € 110 (3 shirts). Orders under €119 have a cost of €10 depending on the delivery location.

 

  • Portugal (Peninsula):
    • Free shipping Starting from € 53 . Orders under €53 have a cost of €5.90
    • Delivery: Between 3 and 7 days.

 

  • Europe Zone 1:
    • France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
    • Shipping is free for orders over €120 . For orders under this amount, the cost is €11.50.
    • Delivery: between 5-10 days.

 

  • Europe Zone 2:
    • Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic and Italy.
    • Shipping is free For orders over €120 . For orders under €120, there is a cost of €12.50.
    • Delivery: between 5-10 days.

 

  • Europe Zone 3:
    • Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Ireland, Slovakia and Slovenia.
    • Shipping is free For orders over €120 . For orders under €120, there is a cost of €13.00.
    • Delivery: between 5-10 days.

 

  • Europe – Zone 4:

    • Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Sweden.
    • Shipping: €23.50 for orders from €0 to €165. Free shipping on orders over €165.
    • Estimated delivery: 5–10 days.

 

  • Europe – Zone 5:

    • Serbia.
    • Shipping: €32.00 for orders from €0 to €200.
    • Free shipping on orders over €200.
    • Estimated delivery: 5–10 days.

 

  • International Orders:
    • We do not currently ship outside of Europe. Please contact us directly if you are interested.

 

 

Size exchanges. What can I do if the shirt doesn't fit?

Size exchanges are free (one time only) for customers in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal. Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. We provide a size chart for our products to minimize size exchanges and reduce CO2 emissions.

    Which company will deliver my order?

    Spain and Portugal will be delivered by MRW, Correos, or another alternative. Delivery to Europe will depend on each order.

     

    How can I track my order?

    When you place your order, we will send you an email (check your spam folder). Once we ship it from the warehouse (this is not automatic and may take up to one day, taking into account time zone differences and weekends), we will send you an email with the completed order, including a link to "View order" and "track it." This will take you to the shipping company's website associated with your order.

     

    How can I return my order? - Returns policy:

    • You have the option to exchange the products to be returned for other products from the catalog of the same value.
    • The product must have all original labels, packaging, and cardboard boxes. If these are not in perfect condition, the refund will be credited accordingly.

    • Returns within Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands have a cost of €5.95, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
