How can I track my order?
When you place your order, we'll send you an email (check your spam folder). Once we ship it from the warehouse (not automatically, it may take up to 1 day, taking into account time differences and weekends), we'll send you an email with your completed order, along with a link to "View Order" and "Track." This will take you to the shipping company's link associated with your order.
How can I modify my order?
Once your order has been placed and completed, you won't be able to change the product or size from your personal account. You'll need to contact us at hola@removeafterflights.com with the changes you'd like to make, and we'll make them manually.
How can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if it hasn't left our warehouse. To do so, please email help@removeafterflights.com . with your order information and the reason.
How can I find my order number?
When you placed your order, we sent you a confirmation email with the order number (please check your spam folder if you haven't received it).
Which country do you ship to?
We ship to Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands), Europe, and, upon request, to anywhere in the world. Check delivery times and delivery prices
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, the price always includes the applicable VAT or tax. For shipments outside of Europe, the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.
How can I know my size?
Each individual product It has a measurement chart, where you can see the measurements and compare them with any garment you wear.
I need an invoice, how can I manage it?

I made a return, how long will it take to get my money back?
Once we confirm the refund for your order via email, you will receive the money within a maximum of 10 days, depending on the receiving bank.
