What payment methods are available?

The accepted payment method is credit and debit card. We are considering other payment options such as Revolut for the future.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order, we will send you an email (check your spam folder) and once we ship it from the warehouse (it is not automatic, it can take 1 day taking into account the time difference and weekends), we will send you an email with the completed order with the link to "View order" and "track", there it will take you to the link of the transport company associated with your order.

How can I modify my order?

Once the order has been placed and completed, you will not be able to change the chosen product or the size from your private area. You must write to us at hola@removeafterflights.com with the changes you wish to make and we will change it manually.

How can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order if it has not left our warehouse. To do so, you must write to help @removeafterflights.com with your order information and the reason.

How can I find my order number?

When you placed your order, we sent you a confirmation email with the order number (please check your spam folder if you have not received it).

What country do you ship to?

We ship to Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands), Europe and, upon request, to any part of the world. Check delivery times and delivery prices

Are taxes included in the price?

Yes, the price always includes the corresponding VAT or tax.

How can I know my size?

Each single product It has a measurement table, where you can see the measurements and compare them with any garment you wear.

I need an invoice, how can I manage it?

Write to us at hello@removeafterflights.com with your order number and billing information and we will send it to you within 1-2 days.

I have made a return, how long will it take to get my money back?

Once we confirm the refund of your order via email, you will receive the money within a maximum of 10 days, depending on the receiving bank.
