Is the frame included with the purchase of a print?

Yes, the frame is included , with the print mounted inside, ready to be given as a gift or hung in your favorite place.

What are the dimensions of the frame?

The frame measures 26 x 20 cm.

Difference between choosing a custom phrase and not ?

If you don't choose a personalized quote, we'll send you the print with the plane, without any quote.

If you choose a personalized phrase, you can choose between writing the aircraft model “AIRBUS A320-214 IBERIA” or a phrase of your choice , such as “ COMMANDER FERNÁNDEZ. JUNE 26, 2024. ” or any other you wish.

How can I send the personalized phrase I want?

1. Complete your order on our website by selecting the personalized phrase option.

2. We will contact you to tell us what phrase you would like us to write.

3. Our artist will handwrite it for you.

What kind of paper is used?

Each sheet is printed in fine art, with 250 gram fine grain cotton paper of museum quality , so that it always remains as good as new.

What are Fine Art prints ?

Fine Art prints are high-quality reproductions of original works by the artist “RAF The Art” , made using advanced digital printing technology , with the highest quality materials, which guarantees exceptional fidelity to the original, both in color and detail.

Are returns accepted?

If a personalized phrase is NOT required, it can be returned within a maximum of 15 days from delivery.

If you have requested a personalized phrase, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, as this is a unique product.

How long does it take to get to my address ?

If a personalized phrase is NOT required, you will have them ready at home within 4 - 5 business days.

If you have requested a personalized phrase , it may take between 1-2 weeks, since the process is manual.
